Everything you need to know about how we ship your order — carriers, timelines, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.
Orders ship after production is complete and the remaining balance has been collected. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the same day or next business day after your order ships.
Our standard production timeline is 7–10 business days from proof approval and receipt of deposit. Rush orders (48-hour production) ship as soon as production is complete — typically within 2 business days of approval.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on order size, destination, and requested speed. Carrier selection may vary, but we always use tracked, insured services.

Expedited shipping options are available on request and will be quoted at the time of order. Please let us know your deadline when placing your order so we can plan accordingly.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the destination, and the chosen shipping method. Rates will be included in your final invoice and will not change from what was quoted, unless you request a change to the shipping method after quoting.
For large or complex orders (e.g., multi-location drop-shipping, freight), shipping will be quoted separately as part of your custom project estimate.
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (UPS.com, FedEx.com, or USPS.com).

We offer drop-shipping to multiple locations for bulk orders (e.g., shipping directly to event venues, employees' homes, or retail locations). This service is available at an additional fulfillment fee per address. Please include all shipping destinations when requesting your quote.
All shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Smart Merch Design is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after confirmed delivery to the correct address. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier, then reach out to us if the issue is not resolved.
Please double-check your shipping address before approving your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the error was ours, we will reship at no charge.
We currently ship primarily within the United States. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss international orders. The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international shipments.
